Most international visitors fly into Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), then take a 45-minute ferry to Batam. There are also direct flights to Batam's Hang Nadim Airport (BTH) from several Indonesian cities and Kuala Lumpur. We can advise on the best route for your origin and arrange all transfers.
Do I need a visa to visit Batam, Indonesia? +
Most nationalities including UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea and many more enjoy visa-free entry to Indonesia for up to 30 days. Indonesian Visa on Arrival is available for other nationalities. Please verify requirements for your passport at imigrasi.go.id or contact your nearest Indonesian embassy.
What currency is used and do you accept international payments? +

What is the best time of year to visit Batam? +
Batam is a year-round destination with warm tropical weather. The driest months are typically March to September, ideal for island hopping and beach activities. October to February can see more rain but also fewer crowds and lower prices. We operate tours in all weather conditions.
